江夏圍大宅是已故黃仿僑於1935年興建的住宅建築群。此處不僅是承載社區集體記憶的社區地標，更是廣泛應用鋼筋混凝土技術的先驅及折衷主義建築的典範。其主樓、門樓及工人宿舍三棟建築，已獲古物諮詢委員會評定為三級歷史建築。

Kong Ha Wai is a residential compound constructed by the late Wong Fong Kiu in 1935. It is not only a regional landmark bearing collective memories of the local communities, but also an outstanding example of Eclecticism vernacular architecture with early extensive application of reinforced concrete. Three of its buildings, namely the Main Block, Entrance Gate and Servants’ Quarters were confirmed Grade 3 Historic Buildings by the Antiquities Advisory Board.
