醫院道四號是一個由兩棟建築組成的建築群，包含五層高的主樓及單層高的總管工宿舍。該建築群建於1921年，原為應對1894年香港鼠疫爆發而興建的清潔工宿舍，其文化價值獲古物諮詢委員會認可為二級歷史建築。
No.4 Hospital Road is an architectural complex of two buildings, a five-storey Main Block and a one-storey Head Foreman’s Quarters. It was constructed in 1921 as a scavenging coolies’ quarters in response to the 1894 Bubonic Plague outbreak in Hong Kong, whose cultural significance was officially acknowledged by the Antiquities Advisory Board as a Grade 2 Historic Site.

Conservation Works
我們獲委任為活化醫院道四號建築群為共享基金會全球總部的保育顧問。工作範圍包括協調土地租約事宜、擬備保育管理計劃、申請及執行「歷史建築維修資助計劃」、文物詮釋等。
We are appointed as the Heritage Consultant for its revitalisation as the Global Headquarters for the GX Foundation. Scope of works include liaison and coordination of land lease issues, preparation of Conservation Management Plan (CMP), application and implementation of the Financial Assistant for Maintenance Scheme on Built Heritage, Heritage Interpretation, etc.
