坑頭村99 號早於18世紀建成，在嘉慶九年（1804）考獲舉人銜頭的鄧氏先祖鄧獻可曾居於該處，昔日鄧氏家族成員在農曆新年前均會於屋內聚首團年。建築更有本港碩果僅存的鑊耳山牆。建築物已獲古物諮詢委員會評定為三級歷史建築。

No.99 Hang Tau Tsuen could be dated back to the 18th century. Mr. Tang hin-ho, the juren in the 9th year of the Jiaqing reign of the Ching dynasty (1804), had lived in the house. The house was also a gathering venue of the Tang family before the Lunar New Year in the past. The most unique building feature is the wok yee gable wall, which is the few surviving in Hong Kong. The building was confirmed as a Grade 3 Historic Building by the Antiquities Advisory Board.
